Frequently Asked Questions
JopChi has two scheduled games each day in US Eastern time: Morning Game 1 runs from 12:00 AM to 11:59 AM ET, and Evening Game 2 runs from 12:00 PM to 11:59 PM ET.
You can play as a guest, but creating a free account (via Apple, Google, or Facebook Sign In) lets you sync your streak and stats across devices.
Email us at support@jopchi.com with your account email and the date(s) affected. We will investigate and restore it if the data supports it.
Try force-closing the app and reopening it. If the problem persists, delete and reinstall the app (your account data is backed up in the cloud). If that doesn’t help, email support@jopchi.com with your iOS version and device model.
The daily puzzle is the main challenge. Past puzzle replay is on our roadmap — stay tuned.
Email privacy@jopchi.com and we will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
JopChi is currently iOS-only. Android is on our long-term roadmap.
